After a great deal of thought I have finally decided to sell my 2003 Mineral Grey Vert. I bough the car from the original owner just over 5 years ago with 7k miles, it now has 24.5K miles.
This car is kept in the garage 100% of the time normally under the car cover. Over the last couple of years I only tend to drive it on weekends when the weather is nice.
The car is very clean on the exterior with only a few very small blemishes on the front nose from rock chips. The inside is also very clean. I have only ever used Mobil 1 full synthetic and hand washed/waxed the car. Car just had VA state inspection a week ago. All the work on the car has been done primarly by MACA members such as SVTORange (tint), TRBO VNM (mechanical), SYMach (mechanical) or Wiseguy (mechanical).
I have a clean carfax if anyone wants to see it. The car is located in Northern VA.
I am flexible on the price of $22,500 but please no low ball offers. Shoot me a PM with any questions. Not looking for trades.

I have quite a few stock parts still as well as an extra set of front floor mats and other small goodies.
UPDATE based on some questions I have received:
I do not have the head tick problem
Head Cooling Mod has been installed
I have the stock radio, shifter and convertible boot
