I have had it for around a 1 year, has Vista Home Premium, 3gb of ram. Nothing wrong with it but I bought it to use it for work and now have a laptop supplied to me so there is no need for it. I paid just over $800 for it from Best buy all said and done.
This has a HDMI output for High Definition also which works AWESOME when connected to big HD TV ( i had to try it out LOL)
