As much it hurts me to sell I want to purchase a house and I need to lose the monthly payment. Realistically looking for 14K, I do owe 6k if you have cash and want to take out a loan for that amount. Has a fair amount of suspension , I cared more about taking corners, Has some paint damage in the front and rear bumpers from the previous owner.
