Well, I've decided it's time to move on from the IRS. Seems like everytime I go to have fun something else happens to it.
What I'm offering up:
2003 Cobra IRS 39k miles
Stock diff, gears, locker, halfshafts, etc.
Aftermarket:
Billetflow IRS brace (black)
Kenny Brown Forward Torque Brace
Kenny Brown diff bushings
Broke a halfshaft last summer at the track, put a OEM from a 22k mile 03 in it.
What I'm willing to include:
1 03 Factory halfshaft (the other from above listed car)
H&R Race Springs, cut factory springs, uncut factory springs
Bassani 2.5" SS catback (partially polished)
Any other items necessary for swapping into your car.
What I'm looking for:
$750 for IRS with only installed extras
$1500 for IRS with all extras (Bassani catback included)
Would prefer to trade for built solid (axles, gears, locker, suspension) straight out.
Let me know what other ideas you may have.
Not really willing to ship due to weight of freight, if you want it shipped you figure it out.

I will be dropping entire IRS assembly in the next week to figure out where the new leak is coming from on the diff. Nice puddle under the car this afternoon when I got home and opened the garage. Will be 100% fixed for any trade/buy offers.
