Man, I'd just have the outer lips replaced to make them fit your GT350! Any chance you could get the offset from Forgeline? I'm just curious how they fit on an S197 (I have a set of 20x10/11s coming for my car already, just want to see how they'd fit in relation to yours). Free bump for you!

When they were on my GT500 it was lowered as well with no issues. Matter of fact I could have run a 305 with no issues. BS is 8 1/16" rear and 7" front. They will clear 13/14 front brakes with zero issues. Thy clear the S550 PP front brakes as well.
