Previous owner gave me these when I bought the car, he had removed them in favor of standard halogen bulbs. They have been sitting in a box ever since. I just tested them and they all still work, although I can't offer any kind of guarantee on how long the bulbs will last since I don't know anything about their age, and they have been sitting in a box for about a year. Based on color comparison charts I googled, I'm guessing these are 6000K in color.
$35 shipped each (headlight kit and fog light kit), or $50 shipped if you want both kits. In the picture below the headlight set is on the top and the foglight set is on the bottom.
