FS: Complete 4v Hellion Single Turbo kit with Upgrades

I have for sale a used 4v Hellion Single Turbo kit. This kit was on an 03 Cobra. Fits 03-04 Cobras, 03-04 Mach 1s, 99-01 Cobras. Will also work with 99+ 2V GT with some slight changes. This setup with the upgrades on a stock 03-04 Cobra motor is capable of over 900-1000rwhp


This is not your basic Hellion kit. There have been many upgrades/improvements done on this kit from the standard Hellion single kit. Included is a Billet Precision 76mm Turbo (upgraded from the Turbonetics 76mm you get with the kit) It has been converted to a Blow through MAF setup. Upgraded Tial 50mm Blow Off valve (upgraded from the Turbosmart BOV). Upgraded Turbosmart 38mm wastegate. Upgraded 4" downpipe (used to be a 3") with a custom 3" catback. Upgraded 3" intercooler piping from intercooler to intake.

This is what you get. Suspension is not included, you will need a UPR K member, coil overs and CC plates

-Hellion Turbo kit
-Billet Precision 76mm Turbo .96 A/R
-All needed piping, clamps etc.
-Upgraded 3" piping converted to blow through from intercooler to Throttle body
-PMAS HPX slot MAF sensor
-Tial 50mm BOV
-Turbosmart 38mm Wastegate with dump tube
-4" Custom downpipe
-Custom Borla 3" catback. This catback is made to fit this downpipe. Also this catback will ONLY fit a solid axle mustang. If you have an IRS you will need to modify your catback to work with the downpipe which is a pretty simple fix. If you do not want the catback at all I will reduce the price. The DP will still work, just need to make a Y off the catback with a 4" VBand flange to connect to the DP
-Hellion Standard Intercooler
-Oil lines, drain lines, fittings, coolant hoses clamps etc.
-01 Cobra upper and lower intake (with MAP sensor mounted in intake lid, sensor included)
-BBK 62mm twin blade throttle body
-01 Cobra Alternator and bracket
-Throttle cable
-Belt

This is basically everything you need to get you up and going aside from a tune and the suspension.
Fuel rails and injectors in picture are not included, but can be for an additional cost.

Asking $6000 obo for everything. Sorry I am not interested in trades. Also I will not ship this. I am located in Wallingford CT. The items would need to be picked up at my shop. The downpipe and catback is way to long to ship. Also if needed I can do the installation @ my shop for the buyer.

Anyone interested I had a Hellion kit and will tell you that this kit is worth the money with the upgrades included. The stock Hellion kit is lacking a lot that they should offer as an option, but won't. I would never buy a brand new Hellion kit again. They are way too expensive for what you get in the kit. It's another example of paying for the name.

I wouldn't say I would never buy another Hellion kit again, I loved mine on my Cobra. However if you are looking to make huge power these upgrades that this kit has are a must. The out of box kit is made very well and fits great, awesome quality. Yes its expensive, but compared to the other kits its the cheapest one out there. All the TT kits are much more money. Aside from the ON3 but we will not throw that into the mix cause that kit is junk. The base Hellion kit is nice if you are looking to make 600-800rwhp and make no changes. If you want more then these upgrades are definitely needed.
