Black 00-05 SVT Rear Bumper, it comes with everything that it should.
Its not in perfect condition, it has a few marks on it from your typical bumper to bumper contact (ie. Scuff marks scratches, bumper flex ect..). The bumper was like that when I purchased the car. Anyway, I am having another bumper painted as I type this.
A little compound and some wax and you’d be good to go.
