HAHAH!! They can be removed. Long story behind that. They were on the car when we bought it and I told my wife she was going to get harassed over them. She wanted to take them off until we got home and all my Mustang buddies flamed her hard about the vents. So to make a point and be stubborn she left them on.

They can be removed. Just 2 sided tape.
