How do these work exactly..

They replace the front leaf hanger dropping the leaf to either 2" or 3" drop.

Yep. Still for sale. All mounting hardware is included. They were on the truck for 2 months. They never even saw rain. New condition.

They are these:

I have the same thing on my truck. Though I totally forgot about the other hole. Right now I have them at the bottom hole, which is the highest. Didn't realize I could move them up and put the stock shackles on and get the 1/4 to 1/2 inch higher in the back that I need. I guess I need to set some time aside for that. BTW you can see how far the spring change is from this pic
