**SOLD**

Hey all, the time has come to move on to our next project, so our 86 LX Coupe is for sale. This coupe has appeared in Hot Rod magazine, and Car Craft twice. This is a fully sorted car that is corner weighted, bumpsteered, and completely reliable. I would not hesitate to drive this car cross country. Everything works, including the heater, underhood light, and a/c can easily be added (the evaporator tank is still in the dash). Every single receipt and piece of factory documentation including window sticker, dealer paperwork, etc is included. Included with asking price are two sets of wheels: CCW classics with brand new (100% tread) 275/40/17 Nitto NT05 tires (street tires) and Saleen replica wheels (can mount the NT05's on these wheels if buyer chooses them). If the buyer does not want the CCW's, I can lower the price by $1500.

VIN # 1FABP26M4GF324804

On ET Drags, the car has run a best of 11.55 @ 120 and will run 11.50s-11.60s all day long. The torque arm really hooks the car up, even with road race suspension. If you swap out the slicks, the car can be open tracked the same day. This is a do-it-all fox body.

Motor made 407rwhp/388rwtq on the stock Ford Racing tune and 3.5" intake. Since then a JLT 4" intake tube was installed and Jon Lund has tuned the car remotely. The car feels significantly stronger.

There are several Jon Lund tunes included with the SCT tuner; E85, 91/93 octane, road race, and the cam idle etc.

This is an original V8 LX coupe, with every single available option for 1986 minus the automatic. It was originally ordered for an Oklahoma state trooper for use as his personal vehicle, and when he did not pick it up from Fred Jones Ford in Tulsa, a local enthusiast was contacted to see if he wanted the car.

Some new pics of the interior, trunk, motor, etc. The two Autometers for the center console (fuel pressure/ clock) were on their way back from Autometer after being repaired, they are back in the car now.
