Clean title, I am the second owner.
Bank owned. Loan and car in Washington state.

i realize i should be able to get more then a carmax dealer. i don't need someone trying to be internet asshole over my simple question.

carmax said 20k, my ad's say 21/21500 for the car. bottom dollar is 21k for it. however, 20k and tax credit for a trade in, is already 21500 up here. so my confusion as to why nobody was interested, was questioning which number you meant. cause i'm getting jack shit at 21k!

it's getting traded in for 22k plus tax credit.

it's been for sale locally for over 6 weeks, with nobody even being serious enough to come and look at it. i started at 22k, then 21500, then 21k. i even told a handful of interested parties i would take 20500 if they were serious.

not as much as one seriously interested party came to SEE the car, try and take it for a test drive for shits and giggles. surely, you can understand my opposition to it being "worth more". not around here, it's been 6 weeks solid advertising in Seattle and Portland. off and on for 3 months before that.
