Is there an adaptor or some way of running the frps with the lethal budget return kit. I was unaware it could not be used, my tuner said he would like me to keep it.

We sell an adapter made by Aeromotive along with an additional fitting that will allow you to run the FRPS with the budget kit.
My best suggestion in making sure you get what you need would be to give Matt a call as he's aware of what you'll need. He's extension 400. In the meantime I'll make sure that everyone else in the office is made aware of what's needed to make it work as well.
