literally brand new. I had some surging problems on my 2014 Roush and I bought some new parts to diagnose issue. Pro dyno a professional shop did all the work. Anyways, the issue was not the throttle body, so instead of returning this to American muscle I chose to sell it here. My loss =‘s your gain. This was used for less then 2 weeks. $450 shipped
