It only happens on harder bumps, no vibrations, car tracks straight all the time. Lowered on Eibach pros and have steeda cc plates. Any ideas? 2004 Mach1.

Either the struts or the sway bar bushings where it attaches to the frame. Without seeing your car I cant say for sure but more than likely it's one of those

if your sitting still with your foot on the brake and you turn the wheel back and forth does it pop then ???

it could be your calipers mine did that when i lowered mine
my ball joints need to be replaced and its making some weird ass noise when i turn the wheel left/right.. check those out. your best option is just having a alignment shop look at everything since its hard to determine what the actual issue could be.
I took it in to Ford dealer for some maintenance they found nothing wrong. guess I'll take it elsewhere.
Check the cc plates over carefully
