Hi,
Yesterday, I seated in my car with key in my pocket. So i pulled with my leg to get the key and bang, the seat reclined all the way back!
It looks like the bolt retaining the reclining mechanism to the seat is broken so the seat doesn't stay up anymore. By chance I was near my home and I've been able to go back home!
I didn't have the time to remove the seat and look at it yet. Anybody experienced this before? Do you know if this is something that can be repaired easily??
Even if the car is 11 years old, being the fact that it is in perfect condition with not rust anywhere, I consider it as a major security issue on that car. How come this kind of breakage can happens!! I had many cars other than this one even older with lot of rust and never had any problem like that.
I'm kind of pissed off right now and this incident make me don't like my car anymore!!
