Thanks again for your help..I will try and give you a small list of all
mods..it's grown huge thru the years...This is my 4th motor. Took me a
long time to finally find the right shop......98 Teskid block with 2001
heads and intake (brand new) heads have been hand ported(342 intake..244
exhaust) Bee hive valve springs,Mahle rings and pistons, and rods( I
believe they are 8.8 to 1) Don't remember the name of the crank but it's
20% lighter and 18% stronger than stock.(No parts off the shelf
..everything was special ordered..builder tried to keep all clearances no
greater than .002) All bolts and studs are ARP..Trimec T56 Cobra R tranny
with 26 spline input shaft, Spec Twin Disc Clutch with aluminum flywheel
(rated at 1395 lbs TQ)..Vortec "M" race T-trim supposedly designed for
track only.running 17 lbs boost..dumped my aftclr and went with Snow stage
2 Meth Injection ..2 injectors(Maxed out the single injector...running 75%
meth to 25 % distilled water,Catch can, Caster Camer plates,Tubular
K-member and A frames, 10 Quart Canton oil pan with windage tray..oil
pump was beefed up ..65# Siemen injectors( maxed out at 6400 rpms..(we
shift the car at 7200 to 7300 rpms.) Quick Time steel bell housing(cracked
the stock bell housing, blew the Mccloud Twin Disc clutch,surged the S/C
and bent the shaft on the alternator, on my first and only run at the
track..Tried a run with the race tune on M/T drag Radials...fried the
tires thru the 1/8 mile ,shut down and coasted to the 1/4
mile (great time of `13.8 at 70mph)..car is calculated to hit low 9's at
146 mph...car weighs 3470 lbs.
Gregs aluminum drive shaft with drive shaft loop,31 spline Mosher axels
with C-clip eliminators,4.1 Eaton posi with metal clutch pace(had to run 2
cans of friction modifier)...Mac long tube headers with 3" exhaust alll
the way back, Spin Tech mufflers,.....5/8 rear wheel studs on a 17"x9" lt.
wt. Konig rim's....
6 pt adjustable Strange shocks,uper and lower control arms, sub-frame
connectors ...Batt cut of
switch behind license plate
1/2" braided fuel lines to 1/2" fuel rails, Aeromotive 1000 fuel pump with
10 and 100 Micron fuel filters...MSD Dis 4 ignition ...MGW
shifter...theres a lot more but is need the build sheets to be
correct...Last motor ran a touch over $18,000...All new black
carpeting...car sits on the Konig Wheel s with Nt05R Nitto Drag
Radials...Have ET streets 28z11.5x16 tubed tires and rim is screwed for
tube
