Friend possibly signing tmrw, national guard ocs

Ive heard of people getting screwed over in their contracts and I have no experience in this field...

Any fellow forum member have any advice for my buddy when signing?

He knows he wants guaranteed ocs in writing and that they'll help with his college loans in writing.

Anything else?:shrug:

Should be set. If its in the contract than he'll get it. Recruiters are limited on what they guarantee though. Make sure its in everything he signs, even at MEPS.
