Fredricksburg VA and area's surrounding moving there

Hello everybody,

I will be moving to the Fredricksburg area to take a new position with my company. I do outside sales so I don't have to be in one specific spot I can tell that real estate is very high compared to where I am now but what is a good area to live good Gym's to become a member just any kind of general info would be greatly appreciated. I will be out of state for a week, (Atlantic City) back on Friday will be able to recheck any responses then. Thanks for the Help.

I lived in the Stafford area for about 7 months which is about 20 min or so from Fredricksburg. Overall not a bad area fairly close to DC if you like going to the city. Can't say too much about the gyms there as I just worked out on base. They do have one of the biggest strip shopping center plaza type things I have ever seen. The traffic there is horrible because ever retail store in the US is represented.
