FR500 Wheels. Will they work?

I did a search, but couldnt really find much info on what I was looking for. Theres a guy I know selling a set of them and he said they will fit on my lightning. I know there 5 lug and are 18x9's. So will they work? and if so will the stock goodyears fit on them? I would like to get them asap, but wanted to make sure they will work. Any info or pics. will be greatlly appriciated. Thanks,
