Fox Front Tire Rub

I'm running 245/45/17 on 17x9 with 23mm offset on my '89. Tire rubs slightly on the point where the Saleen ground effect bolts on.

What tire size should I go to that will eliminate the rub? Changing wheels is not an option.

Ex. Driver's tire hits the front when turning right, and the passenger tire hits the front when turning left. Outside part of the tire is hitting.

I was thinking 245/40 or 235/45 or 255/40????

Drop the profile to a 40 and you should be good
