i found a intercooler off of a 2004, will this fit on a 2000 or what all will i need to make it work?

The 01+ intercoolers won't bolt to the 99/00 midplate. The 01+ midplate won't bolt to the 99/00 lower manifold or supercharger. To use that intercooler on a 99/00, you'll need at least a 01+ lower manifold and midplate. The 99/00 supercharger can be drilled for the new bolt pattern.
