Should work great. They are for '99-04 V8 Mustangs. I bought it to put on my '03 Cobra, but I just sold my Cobra. Let me know what you think. [email protected]

Sorry guys, but after further inspection, it is a Ground Pounder Tubular K-member and not a D&D like I thought. It will work on '96-04 Mustang GT's and Cobras.
