Forged motor companies

Im looking into getting a build/forged longblock and have been researching 3 different companies.
1.MMR looks to be around $7,800 with Trickflow heads, iron block, and upgraded oil pump
2.Cushman looks to be around $8,160 with ported PI heads and aluminum block
3.Modular head shop is around $8,130 with stage 3 ported PI heads, iron block, and upgraded oil pump.

Does anyone have firsthand experience with any one of these companies or honest opinions. Not internet hearsay.

They do not offer engine builds anymore.
