1. Should I set all the pumps to run all the time or set pumps 2 and 3 to run when boost is present.

2. What are you guys using to keep your Boost Reference Port on your Regulator from seeing vacuum?

I would get a FC2 and just have the computer control it. Much simpler to troubleshoot. If you want the staged setup, then get the FC3.

Either way, using their fuel controller is what I went with instead of trying to put in relays with my dual pump setup.

I don't do anything to keep the reference from seeing vacuum. The changes in pressure are compensated in the tune.
