Ford Zone Managers

I am looking to contact the Service Zone Manager for my local dealership. I will obviously just ask them for the information. I am looking to dispute the dealership's denial of a warranty claim for my vehicle under the ESP.

Does anyone know where I can get a list of these Zone Managers and their contact info.

If you want to dispute a warranty decision by the dealer, you may have to go through arbitration. I think this is explained somewhere in your owner's manual or warranty supplement. If not, call and ask Ford's Customer "No-Service" line.

Arbitration is slanted in Ford's favor, so you'll need a strong case.
