just picked up a new cover. noticed the spot for the temp sender and thought i might as well tap it and put in a sensor while i have the irs out even if i dont use it immediately. however i cant seem to find a sensor that is surefire intended for this. any suggestions?

You use the sensor that comes with the temp gauge. A diff temp gauge is only really needed on a road racers which will heat the diff more than any other type of racing. I would take a "pass" adding this to the dash panel
