The dealer normally should take care of that on the back end. Ford has been getting tough about requiring a VIN on all parts invoices if you want a warranty. A couple of the counter guys here insist on just putting the last 8 of a VIN on invoices and Ford will not honor warranties on anything they have sold.

This thread was created to find a Ford rep not to discuss a failed part. Your right it is an "epic failure" if everyone wants to discuss what part failed instead of helping find a rep. I guess I should start a bad ass thread bashing some shop or question what my car will run with a CIA to interest you guys. . .

WOW... don't get your panties in a wad sir lol. If we wanted to read about the two things mentioned all we have to do is search google or svtp lol
