Ford Nav Update DVD

I just bought the 13p map update DVD but can't find anything on how to actually update the unit! How the hell do you install/update with the DVD?

There isn't anything in the manual or the settings of nav system...I feel like it's going to be something stupidly obvious.

Figured it out. Have to press the Menu hard button, System Information. Found out the face is motorized and folds down and automatically ejects the map DVD. Guess it would have helped if my owners manual kit came with the Nav supplement!
