Does it include the tool for setting rivet nuts into the frame of the HE for the fan mounts to bolt into. Or is this the one with the pin mounts?

I am interested in this. Just want to know if I have to get the tool or not.

From my understanding on reading the directions, all you need is an 1/8" drill bit to drill the lips on the heat exchanger for rivet nuts.
