Please dont buy a baby bike cause your new. Just get the rite size bike for you and dont be a dumbace. You will outgrow the baby bike in a month and be stuck in it. That 929RR(have owned two) is a short bike with the weight of a 600 and managable power for anyone. -Shane

Working on picking up a 2009 Kawasaki ZZR6. Its a 600cc bike and a decent 1st bike. I appreciate your advice but considering insurance on sport bikes and 1000+CC *IS* a bit much for a new rider. (I THINK) anyway. And if i do outgrow it in 2 months, i'll keep it and still buy another. I'm not worried about it.

Again thanks for the advice but im not going to get a 1,000cc bike for a sport crotch rocket for a 1st bike.

How big are you?

If you are any bigger than 5' 10" and over 180lbs, you better get a bigger bike. My first bike was a 900rr and I can truly say that I am glad I didn't go small. I'd take a 07 or newer 600rr or 675 daytona if it had to be a 600, otherwise I'd go for a 750 to liter bike.

hmmm, had a bunch of people call about the car, no one really serious.
No one in the market for future collector cars huh? :)
