The warranty is a full waranty however certain aspects depending on who you went to might be asked about. Truthfully its a stock cobra setup under the hood so I'd doubt anyone would even notice anything besides an exhaust and intake. Probably would depend on the cost of the part being replaced to see how much to check into it.
