Why is the car rusted out on the bottom? I haven't seen that on a low millage cobra, it looks like he leaves the car outside, And a rusted pulley?...The inside looks decent though.

well here in louisiana the humidity is very high and even inside some thigs will get a little surface rust...
rapids parish.. about an 2.5 hr drive from the n.o.
