Hell the mfers have been telling us to eat less fat and more sugar and grains, bread for decades and obesity, cancers, diabetes have steadily increased since those guidelines came out...the body cannot handle the amount of sugar in the typical American diet, especially this highly refined garbage. I personally think we are already over the precipice regarding health in the US. Physical education, health classes that our children are taught is a joke these days. We are sitting on a ticking bomb and the health crisis in this country is only going to get much worse. Pretty bleak picture if we don’t make rapid course correction.

Getting of topic, but Google do cows get fed chicken poop. Then Google do chickens eat rabbit poop. Heifers and steers graze on land that has been fertilized with bio solids (human waste and anything else flushed down a toilet) Our food is (Crap) unless you know where it comes from.
