Brown Sketchers and Black Reebokk "Duty Proof" sneeks for work.
Black Bostonian Classics patent leather dress shoes shined so bright you can read in the reflection for dress up stuff.
Freed dance shoes and a pair of sueded converse lowtops for the dance floor.

SAS Tripad Comfort shoes. Look dressy enough for work, but casual enough for non-work. Can stand all day on concrete floor without discomfort. Best $120 I ever spent on shoes. Wear like iron, too.

Usually my black strappy sandals for work. At home, I'm either barefoot or I wear flip flops or some suede ankle boots. 
I usually show up naked at work.
I wear globes in the summer. Skater shoes rock! Like wearing freaking slippers.
