Fogging headlight bezals?

I have headlight bezals that fogging up. Can I do anything or just replace?

Wet sand with 1000 grit, followed by 2000 grit then polish up with Meguiars PlasticX on some sort of machine polisher (powerball will work with a drill but I use a rotary buffer and a foam pad). They will look brand new.

^^ The above method is good if they are scratched up, but for fogging you could always disassemble them, reseal em, and then put em back in.

I had condensation build up inside the housings. I drilled a couple small holes to let it breathe and now it's perfectly clear.
