Fog Light Bracket Installation ???

Hoping someone has pics or Dummies instructions on how to install the
Fog light bar /bracket.Decided to help my brother install his fog lights on his car only to find out the whole thing was missing.:burn:lol
It seems pretty forward to figure out but am over 600 miles away from home and dont want to f-up . Any help would be great

I can honestly say I've never done anything more then put a foglight on. But as far as the bracket is concerned, I would think it's pretty straight forward and only goes on one way.
