Focus Dash/radio bezel

How easy or difficult is it and how would I remove the plastic bezel around the SVT radio? Shown below in red.

I want to see how much room is behind the upper right. I would like to install my Scan Gauge in that location. I will be removing the Scan Gauge from it's current factory box and recessing it into the bezel so only the display and buttons show through (if there is enough room).

It prolly would be easier to remove the radiao using one of those tools or using something to grab it www.myfordfocus.com/how-to/headunit-removal.htm then just looking up in there otherwise this should help too. I belive there is room.
