Should i run Aluminum or lightweight steel flywheel ?
Drag racing/street driven
Vortech around 540 hp drag radials irs

Does this look like it needs to be resurfaced ?

I would definitely get that resurfaced.

You would probably be happier with the lightened steel on the street. It helps with smoother take offs. If every last tenth is your goal go with the aluminum.

lower rpm cars we do steel do alum for quicker revving, high rpm motors we do steel to keep the inertia up
