Is this required only when using an aggressive aftermarket cam in combination with a higher compression pistons? I am going to keep my stock cams. Just need to know before hand if fly cutting is required on a 10:1 with stock cams.
I am on the fence about raising the compression on my engine since it is apart to redo the valve seats. I would like to maximize street boost application. I am building the car for the future and it will see boost levels in the low to mid 20's but that will be few and far between mostly 19 psi and below. I plan on running e85 as well.
Looks like for now I may have to stick with the ported blower but will go the twin screw route or possibly turbo in the future.
