Flowmaster 3" Exhaust #17373 ...help!

few questions

I did some research and found that Flowmaster does make the 3 inch exhaust but this kit come with a sort of x pipe and requires welding? Whats going on with that?

I know most of you prefer Mac, Magnaflow or Bassani but I had the flows on my old 5.0 and they sounded wicked.

Should I go with the 3 inch or the 2.5 inch...the 3 inch seems to be a pain in the ass with welding and stuff...

opinions please!

Basically its a "D" pipe...flowmasters lame version of an xpipe. It welds to the back half of your factory hpipe...so pretty much there is a portion of the h you have to cut off in order to weld flowmasters terd piece in there. I wouldnt get this ssytem, its overkill if you dont have over 500rwhp.

I already have an off-road prochamber

why the F do they have to make it so difficult.

you can make it fit...there will be some cutting and welding done to your pc.

Just buy the Super 40 3" mufflers and buy the flowtubes and tailpipes another company.
