I just go to the parts dpt at the Ford dealer

They had almost no 5-30 oils a couple weeks ago when I went to pick my stuff up. I've always been able to get my pennzoil platinum 5-30 from there but it seems like they might be cutting it out of their inventory if others are noticing this too. They didn't have Ultra in a 5-30 either. Had to get bent over by vato zone.
You could go balls to the wall and use Amsoil?
Just make friends with a ford dealer and buy your filters there. I think I get the filters for around $4-5 each? Just hard to find one that is willing to discount
