So my fog light on my 13 went out and it's 470$ to replace from the dealer just for the part. Has anyone ever taken one apart to fix one?

Is $470 just the part or does that include labour? To replace it, the bumper cover must be removed, plenty of videos around on how to do that.

Suggest that you look around, ebay, forums for a used one. A bet there are some out there from those that replaced the grill LEDs with lower valence fogs, or you might find one listed from a low mileage wrecked car.

You could put lower valence fogs in for less than $470.

If this is the right one, then its a lot cheaper at $187.

Nope that is the actual assembly, not the LED bulb. Im checking eBay for him right now to see if I can find one

You can pick up used LED fogs for under 150 bucks. I just sold mine for 130 a few weeks ago.

Sold the grille.. I have two LED fogs for 175$ shipped.. the bumper isn't hard at all to pull off.. I did mine by my self. After you get it off its easy to swap the lights..

Check this out, looks like both for $387
http://www.starkey-products.com/2013-2014-mustang-oem-gt-led-fog-lights

If those part numbers on the starkey web site are correct, think they are, then they are $187 new at Toulsey (DR3Z-15200-C / DR3Z-15201-A)
http://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/auto-parts/2014/ford/mustang/gt-trim/5-0l-v8-gas-engine/electrical-cat/fog-lamps-scat

I'd suggest you give Autonation Ford a call to check it is the right one. Lot better I think to get a new one for $187 then a used one for $160.

According to this parts diagram, you can just replace the bulb....
Diagram is misleading, whole assembly must be replaced for the LED fogs, I find that that web site is sometimes inaccurate in the figures and drawings.
