a while back i posted asking for some fog light help....never figured that out though....but now my headlights are out...my bright lights work but without the brights on i just have my blinkers....havent looked at it yet....but maybe someone has some info for me?

I remember in the old days, when the switch was on the floor to turn high beams on, you low beams were tied into that. Meaning you could have high beams and not low and you would have to replace the whole switch to get your low beams back. I wonder if the same holds true now that switch is located on the steering column. I guess what I am trying to say is, would you have to replace the signal switch to repair this?
