First Oil Change questions

I am approaching 3000 miles on my 2013 GT and I have a few questions. What is the usual mileage for the first oil change? What brand and type oil works best in the Coyote engine? Should I go with a full synthetic or synthetic blend?

I uses motorcraft 5w-20 full synthethic and work good.
