Got my first kill on my Ninja 650!
I was riding down 434 Vestal Parkway when I spied this 07-09 Gt500 Convert.
Man did this ride look slick!
Black with red stripes with the top down and styling bar while sitting on some 20" Chrome Bullits!
I pulled up next to it at a red light and saw that it had 2 guys and 2 girls all in their 20's-30's and I complimented them on their car.
THe driver asked if I would like to run between the lights.
I was down.
The light turns green and I am off!
I hear him struggling for traction but I have no issues taking a quick 2 car lead. After I hit 2nd he is 5 lengths back. I shift to third and now he is even further back.
At the next light he pulls up to me and says thats the first race he has lost I told him its the passengers slowing him down.
he says no doubt because at the track he ran a 13.5 :dw: in the quarter....after he had it pullied...
didnt seem right to me but he was a chill dud

I thought gt500's were low 12 second cars...
does anyone know how fast a pullied gt500 runs?
