Someone posted that there was something that was needed to be done, not in the instructions, when adding a firewall adjuster. Can someone tell me what that was before I start the install.

As far as the firewall adjuster, I am not sure. When I put my firewall adjuster on it went right on.
If you install the the quadrant make sure you have some 1/2 inch washers (any material) to shim the quadrant so the cable exits the hole in the firewall centered. This little tid-bit was conviently left out of my UPR instructions.

I used your thread also. I searched for it but could not find it either.
