Finding a person by cell number

I have a cell number that's been texting my phone and I dont know who the person is. Anyway to find the person by searching with the phone number? All the sites I've found want you to pay for the name and they look sketchy.

Aside from a very expensive court action, you are pretty much SOL. Call your carrier and have the number blocked.

Most phones now have a 'spam number' feature and can Block the texts without any hassle at all
