It's an off road truck game that uses only the arrow buttons and is very simple. Something like 20 levels and it's been posted in here before but I can't find it for the life of me.

My roommate challenged me in that game to see who could get the lowest time to beat it a couple weeks ago. When I read your description it just sounded like it. It's a good game to pass some time.
