On Tuesday I received Jim's new warm weather progarm on my chip.All I can say is WOW! The truck feels like a diffrent beast 
Lighting up the tires is no problem anymore
I have not been able to track test yet but I'm thinking mid 13's easy, we'll see.
To any newbies on this forum, I would highly recommend you get this program w/2001 L's. The old ass-o-meter does not lie
